At MJA Allround Bouw you do not deal with a faceless company, but with Mohamed Ajubi and a regular team of craftsmen from Mirns. We start by listening and take a good look at the surface first, because paintwork stands or falls with it. Soft spots in your window frames are dealt with first, right down to the healthy wood, and only then does the primer go on. What does a painter in Friesland cost?
That depends on the surface area, the condition of the surface, the repairs needed and the accessibility. Photos help with a first estimate. After a site visit you receive a fixed quote for the agreed work.
Can I send photos for a first estimate?
Yes, in the quote form above or via WhatsApp on +31 6 3006 0558. Send an overview photo and a detail of the bad spots. A first estimate does not replace the site visit.
Do you also do wallpaper and lining paper?
Yes. During the site visit we inspect the surface and discuss the desired finish and any painting.
What happens if wood rot is found?
We look at how far the damage goes and discuss what repair is needed. Wood rot repair or small carpentry is included in the agreements before the paintwork concerned is carried out.
Can I get a maintenance plan?
Yes. We can discuss a long-term maintenance plan for 5 or 10 years, looking at the condition of the paintwork and the expected maintenance moments. A maintenance plan comes with a 10-year warranty.
