What we use your details for
We use your details for two things:
- to handle your request and reply to it;
- for our administration.
This covers what you tell us yourself, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, your question and any photos of the situation.
Our legal basis
- Consent. If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
- Performance of a contract. Without your details we cannot carry out an assignment.
- Legal obligation. Some details we are required by law to record, for example in our accounts.

We do not pass your details on to others, except as set out in a data processing agreement. Details may be used in anonymised form for reporting. They can then no longer be traced back to you.
How long we keep your details
- If a contract with us has been concluded, we do not anonymise your details.
- If no contract has been concluded, we anonymise your details 3 months after our last contact.
- Details that we are legally required to keep are kept for as long as the statutory retention period lasts.
Your rights
You have the right to ask which details we hold about you, and to have them corrected or deleted. You can also ask us to restrict the processing and object to the processing. For details you gave us yourself, you can also receive them in a common, digitally readable file so that you can pass them on to someone else.
You can send a request by email to contact@mjaallroundbouw.nl. We may ask you to identify yourself, so that we are sure the details are yours.
A complaint?
If you are not happy with how we handle your details, please contact us first and we will gladly sort it out together. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
